What can we learn from the first decade of the Theosophical Movement?
Will Windham
The speaker has an interest in historical cycles and the events of the early Theosophical Movement.
It is well known that history repeats itself, and under the law of cycles what has been in the past should tell us much about the future, in this case about the future that students of Theosophy and the various organisations can expect as they complete the first decade of the 21st Century. Using the early American letters of H.P .Blavatsky from 1873 to 1878 - the point when she left New York for India with Col Olcott - we will try to draw some conclusions and see what hints it gives about the coming times, and importantly, how we can prepare ourselves for them.
